STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

8 Week training blocks delivered online. All programs are accompanied by monthly one on one calls and constant chat communication. Programs to Improve Strength, Speed & Sports Skills

HIGH PERFORMANCE CONSULTING

Travel to onsite locations for working face to face with groups evaluating and preparing comprehensive programs elevating performance in all professional applications: Tactical, Athletics, and Industrial.

Sports Science Education

Developming resources and online seminars for the implementation of research, technology, and Teaching best practices for optimal use of facilities, performance/movement assessment and exercise prescription.

How We work

We work virtually and onsite with individuals and groups, developing effective tools and programs to elevate performance. Every program is designed after thorough research and discussions to understand resources, mindset, and expectations to achieve the goals.

Optimizing human performance requires attention to all the details; physical, mental, and professional. Athletic Operations delivers comprehensive solutions through ONLINE PROGRAMS, ONSITE CONSULTING and SPORT SCIENCE EDUCATION to take human performance to the next level.

We have worked with Olympic Caliber Athletes/Teams, US Special Operations Groups and Large Industry Organizations providing custom programs and ongoing support to ensure the goals are achieved.

Online S&C

Our online programs are delivered in 8 week cycles (2 months of training sessions) and also includes nutrition guidance, constant chat/text access for questions and assistance, monthly follow up, and ongoing training adjustments after every cycle.

High Performance Consultation

Consultations are provided on a application basis. We will travel to your location and spend up to 3 weeks at your location to follow, observe, evaluate, demonstrate and provide a comprehensive packet outlining 1 year worth of physical and cognitive training schedules with a general guide on nutritional best practices to achieve your goal. Consultation clients will also receive monthly follow-up calls and ongoing support included

Sport Science Education

Our team can create a variety of professional resources to teach subjects regarding Sports and Exercise Science. Written / Research Backed Articles, Webinar Presentations, Guest Speaking/Presenting, Podcast Contributions, and Other media outlets. We will work with your team’s needs to provide professional quality materials.
